There were a nice size and well furnished rooms with big bathroom. Location: the hotel was so close to main square and the Plaza de Armas and the center of the city.

The location was EXCELLENT, huge rooms and a charming hotel. There were flat-screen television and a writing desk in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Extremely friendly and amicable staff, helped us with cab. The services were excellent. Besides, the parking was nearby.

The staff were so relaxed, didn't expect that coming.

Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always polite, professional, and eager to help. Lastly, I was impressed with the rooms which were spacious and had big bathrooms - perfect for travelers like me. The breakfast was delicious too, with a nice selection of fruits, juices and free teas 24/7.
